Heather has over 25 years experience in health care. She has been licensed as an Paramedic and is currently licensed as a Registered Nurse. She has worked in emergency medicine, and nursing education. She also has experience leading teams and managing projects of various sizes.

Alan has over 33 years experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry as a Systems, Software and Security Engineer working for both large and small companies and supporting primarily both commercial and US Government customers building, operating and securing mission critical systems. Cyber Security and Space are two areas of focus of most of his career. He has led geographically distributed teams and ranging in size from small to medium (150-200 engineers directly) and projects ranging from small to over $100M/year. He holds the CISSP-ISSEP certification from ISC2 (Certificate 21920) and is a licensed Private Investigator (C 3300269 – Florida).
